A Who’s Who and GRAMMY nominated educator, Robert Kroll has been a musical educator since 1984. He taught high school instrumental in Grosse Pointe, Michigan and was Director of Instrumental Music at a middle school in Rochester, Michigan. He holds performance, composition and education degrees from Eastern Michigan University and Northwestern University, where he studied composition with Anthony Iannaccone and Steven Syverud. His compositions, along with his performing, have encompassed the whole Midwest, some of which has been broadcast on National Public Radio.

He has taught many summers at Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp and is a member of ASBDA and NAfME. He holds Emeritus standing with the Michigan School Band & Orchestra Association, where he was a district president and a state representative for evaluation improvements. Robert resides in Michigan and enjoys spending time with his wife, children and grandchildren. His interests include running, crossfit, golf and working with a youth program at church.
